Baysics - Value & Style
Baysics is a Gift and Homewares business with stores in Gymea and Engadine. Wanting to expand their operation, Baysics owners Jill and Deb approached Shire Websites for a solution.
Baysics approached Shire Websites to design and develop an online store for their existing gift and homewares business. After discussing the requirements of the site the choice was made to deploy an ePages eCommerce solution. ePages gives Baysics the ability to maintain their store (products, customers, orders, content pages) via a secure backend system. Bringing this maintenance in-house meant ongoing cost savings for the company and the ability to update the site whenever, wherever (all administrators need is an internet connection to access their backend control panel). The store provides an additional revenue stream for the bricks and motar company and also acts as an online marketing tool for customers wishing to visit the traditional stores in Gymea or Engadine.
